This policy explains what Bradco Renovations collects when you request a free estimate through our website, and how that information is used. Bradco Renovations is a locally-owned home improvement contractor (Alabama HBLB License #29733) serving Baldwin County and the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site to request an estimate, we collect:

• Your name, cell phone number, and email address (email is optional).
• Your project details — the service you're asking about (e.g. windows, doors, roofing) and its rough size or scope.
• Your ZIP code, and, if you provide it, your street address and city so we can send someone to give you an in-home estimate.
• Basic technical information automatically recorded by the website, such as your browser type, the page that referred you here, and — if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad — an ad-click identifier used to measure which ads are working.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Contact you by phone, text, and/or email to schedule your free in-home estimate.
• Create a service record for your project in our job-management system so the right person can follow up.
• Understand which of our ads and marketing are effective, so we can spend our advertising budget more efficiently.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run this business:

• Our job-management software (Jobber), so your estimate request reaches our scheduling team.
• Our email and text-message providers, so we can reach out about your request.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), in order to measure ad performance and avoid re-showing you ads once you've already reached out — this is done using hashed contact details and ad-click identifiers, not your raw name or number.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS & call consent

If you submit your phone number through our estimate form, you are agreeing to receive calls and text messages from Bradco Renovations about your inquiry, including autodialed calls and prerecorded messages, as described on the form itself at the time you submit it. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask to be removed from our call list at any time.

How long we keep your information

We keep estimate-request records for as long as reasonably necessary to serve you and to maintain our business records, and delete or anonymize them when they're no longer needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You can also unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, or opt out of any marketing email using the unsubscribe link in that email.
